Child-Raising Allowance (ICC) Request

The monthly allowance for raising a child up to 2 years old (or 3 for a child with a disability).

Documents you will need at the end:

  • Standard request
  • Child's birth certificate
  • Parents' identity documents
  • Certificate from your employer with your income over the last 12 months
  • Decision to suspend the employment contract

How to submitAt the counter. The file is then sent to AJPIS for payment.
NoteIt must be submitted within 60 days of the end of maternity leave (postnatal).
